What about a high waist black dress to rock your winter wardrobe! I guess you are going to like it. It is form hugging, accentuates the waist and minimizes the hip area. If you are like me, kind of bottom- heavy, but mostly hour- glass (wishful thinking), this dress is a long way to go. Maybe, I will think of a camisole to cover the neckline for me. It seems to plunging for my taste. Other from that I like the full- length style. Also, the sheer length of skirt calls for some heels, if you are not a tall lady. But I have booties to match the dress and make it work for me.
